To gain more success, they decided to expand their team with a Field Manager for The Netherlands.
De functie / The role
As a Field Manager you identify, prioritize and engage according to plan with key stakeholders to maximize patient access in primary care setting with appropriate value proposition. The realization of field patient access objectives, primary care sales target and national sales target is also your responibility. You will support patient access activities with appropriate value proposition towards stakeholders that are primarily engaged with by Sales Force or Patiens Solutions Managers or MSL. You proactively identify and act upon changing patient journey and concomitant consequences for the primary care strategy. You will integrate Health Economics into Patient Access activities and also identify access field opportunities and barriers. You participate in Patient Solutions Teams as required to drive effective Patient Access activities across priority solutions. By demonstrating your broad knowledge of all the therapeutic areas and access environment you provide input to the organization. As a Field Manager you will be accountable for the goals of Patient Solutions, by supporting the Stakeholder Engagement Manager. You will make sure that the Field Sales Team functions well and motivate, develop and coach the Accountmanagers, this in close collaboration with the Sales Manager. It is your role to participate in the hiring process of new Field Sales employees and give support and input to the manager concerning the need for training and development so that they can create a personal development and coaching plan for each individual. As a Field Manager you will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and report to the Sales Manager.
Het profiel / Your profile
o at least a Bachelors degree
o at least 5 years of experience in a complex sales role
o relevant work experience in field coaching and the pharmaceutical industry
o knowledge (and a network) of the national health system structure
o understanding and correct adoption of the scientific relevant literature
o high level of communication skills in both Dutch and English
o driver"s license
