The organizational culture is characterized by a high degree of drive and passion to really make the difference when it comes to improving the quality of life of the patients. Because of the unique market approach and the strong positioning of its products, the organisation has been able to achieve excellent business results for years. To gain more success, they decided to expand their team with a Product Manager for a biologicals product launch.

De functie / The role

The Product Manager will be focused on the preparation and introduction of a new Biological product. Therefore you will understand and monitor the patient journey and his/her eco-system and the competitive environment. You also understand the critical success factors of the therapeutical area and use them to set the direction. You will develop effective and competitive strategic and tactical marketing plans by key stakeholders, in accordance with the regional strategy and regional and cluster initiatives, in collaboration with sales and scientific affairs. You identify and implement digital marketing tools for multichannel communication to patients and healthcare providers. Next to this you will also propose yearly sales objectives and marketing cost budgets and quarterly updates. You need to monitor and propose adjustments of forecasts for designated products and engage with national (NL) Key Opinion Leaders. In this role you will manage alliances and partnerships to the benefit of Patient Solutions and you also give Patient Solutions product training. You will participate in national and international congresses/symposia and report monthly on launch/sales status and activities versus the approved marketing plan. In this position you will work with a lot of different stakeholders for the Dutch market. You will report directly to the manager of the department.

Het profiel / Your profile

o at least a Bachelors degree
o at least 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales
o relevant work experience in Biologicals (e.g. product introductions for the local market)
o relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry
o knowledge (and a network) of the national health system structure
o understanding and correct adoption of the scientific relevant literature
o high level of communication skills in both Dutch and English
o driver"s license
