Because of the unique market approach and the strong positioning of its products, the organisation has been able to achieve excellent business results for years. To gain more success, they decided to expand their team with a Field Market Access Manager for the Northern Netherlands.


De functie / The role

As a Field Market Access Manager it is your responsibility to develop strong relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Healthcare insurance). You can make a significant contribution to the success of the organization by negotiating and establishing institutional contracts. It is your responsibility to drive regional Market Access and develop regional MAP"s. Building solid arguments supporting health economics and budget impact for institutional buying groups is also your responsibility. You will negotiate with individual health insurance companies and gain hospital formularies in close collaboration with the KAM"s. Together you develop and implement negotiation strategies and develop and use promotional material. Furthermore you act as subject matter expert and utilise clinical and economic data to demonstrate the product and economic value. You keep Market Access knowledge up to date and translate national Market Access developments into local actions in alignment with internal stakeholders. Next to this you conduct Market Intelligence, monitor new guidelines, protocols etc. and inform the team. You keep the CRM-system up to date and coordinate all processes around contracts with hospitals, wholesalers and healthcare insurers. All together it is a challenging role with a lot of responsibilities for a result driven and entrepreneurial Market Access Manager for the Northern Netherlands.


Het profiel / Your profile

o Bachelors degree
o at least 2 years of experience in a commercial role
o relevant work experience in Market Access
o knowledge (and a network) of regional healthcare institutions and the decision making process
o skilled in mapping stakeholders/decision makers and translating this to action
o understanding and correct adoption of the scientific relevant literature
o high level of communication skills in both Dutch and English
o driver"s license and living central in the Netherlands
