Introductie

The company is specialized in the creation and development of differentiated human antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. You will be a member of a project group that works on the development of therapeutic antibodies and will be responsible for a broad set experiments to study the mechanisms of action and activity of our antibodies.

As a Research Technician Immunology you will work in a team of scientists and technicians dedicated to the discovery and development of therapeutic antibody products

  • With your up-to-date knowledge of and experience with immunology, cell biology and biochemistry you are responsible for accurate realization of in vitro experiments in assigned research studies
  • Typical assays that are perfomred include cell culture, flow cytometry (FACS), ELISA, and functional cellular assays
  • You document, interpret and process the test results, draw conclusions and report these to the team
  • By investigating the mechanisms of action of our antibodies you contribute to the selection of clinical candidates
  • You take initiative, set high standards for quality, and continuously suggest how to improve your work


Het profiel / Your profile

For the position of a Research Technician Immunology we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who meets the following qualifiactions:

  • A completed Bachelor (HLO) or Master (MSc) in a Life Science field. This is not a PhD-level position
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience with cell culture, flow cytometry (FACS), ELISA and functional cellular assays
  • Article 12 is a plus
  • Knowledge of, and/or work experience with immunology and, oncology is preferred. If you have experience in molecular biology and/or Biochemistry as well, this is considered a plus
  • You are capable of running several experiments in parallel and to work in a flexible way. You complement this with a 'getting things done' mindset
  • You recognize the importance of working in accordance to the agreed Quality System, which includes adhering to procedures and detailed documentation of your work
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch


Het aanbod / The offer

  • Full-time availability is required
  • Year contract at the company, with possibility for extension
